Ofi Invest ESG Convertible Europe PART IC
Investors should be aware and prepared to accept that, for those Funds which have a sustainable management process, this process is based on the use of a proprietary model to determine the ESG score. There is a risk that this model may not be efficient. The performance of these Funds may therefore be below the management objective.Article 8

Ofi Invest ESG Convertible Europe is a feeder fund of the N-D unit of the RS European Convertible Bond sub-fund of OFI Financial Investment. It is invested in European convertible bonds with the objective of outperforming its benchmark (Thomson Reuters Europe Focus Hedged Convertible Bond*, coupons reinvested) over a recommended investment horizon of 3 years. The management team follows an entrepreneurial "stock-picker" approach. It favors the selection of European companies offering strong development potential by following an approach of support and financing of their projects. To this end, the managers aim to go as far as the conversion of the convertible bond. The fund integrates extra-financial analysis with fundamental analysis in order to assess the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices of issuers. Active delta management (equity sensitivity between 0 and 100%) allows the fund to offer a mixed management profile. * More information on: www.thomsonreuters.com
