On September 19, 2022, Aéma Groupe announced the creation of Ofi Invest by bringing together the activities of Abeille Assurances, Aéma REIM and OFI Group.
The birth of this unified asset managemer was, in a first time, an opportunity for Aviva Investors France (brand change since October 3, 2022), and then for OFI Asset Management (from January 1, 2023), to make a transition towards their new brand identity.
Aviva Investors France and OFI Asset Management are now merged under the brand Ofi Invest Asset Management.
Some of the documents published below were issued by the two companies prior to the birth of Ofi Invest Asset Management. They will remain available for their regulatory retention period.
